Elected Representatives in Schools Series
Why not invite your local MP or another of your representatives into your school? Our series of teacher's packs give advice and ideas on how to set up a pupil-led engaging day that enables young people to meet a politician face to face, finding out about their role and discussing the issues that concern them. Visit Parliament!
What better way to learn about democracy than to visit the 'Mother of all Parliaments'? Visit the website of the Parliamentary Education Service to book a visit. As well as receiving a guided tour the PES provide interactive workshops as part of the day. You need to book visits swiftly as there is a high demand!
